CONGRATULATIONS SHERALYN – AREA D3 HUMOUROUS SPEECH CONTEST WINNER!
CONGRATULATIONS  DAN – AREA D3 TALL TAKES CONTEST 2ND PLACE WINNER!
It was no surprise to me that our two club members rocked it at Saturday’sArea  Contest!  (I AM surprised that Dan came in 2nd instead of 1st…I’m just a bit partial)
Sheralyn will compete at the Division level on October 11 – details to follow.  Dan will be the alternate in case the 1st place winner can’t make it.

Jon Henry was the founding member of the Park City Toastmasters Club. By the time of his passing, Jon had achieved his Advanced Communicator Gold Award and the Advanced Leader Bronze Award. He had presented numerous workshops at the Toastmaster Leadership Institutes and the District Conference. He won the District Evaluation Contest in 2009 and the Division Tall Tale Contest in 2008. He also taught presentation skills in public schools and to companies and organizations like Deloitte/HP; he was a speech coach & mentor. Jon Henry was an amazing man, and the world is a much dimmer place without him.
