Spring Club Contest Results 2010

Laurie Banks won the club International Speech contest and Jon Henry won the Tall Tale contest. Both will go on to compete at the Area level on March 20th.

Jon Henry was the founding member of the Park City Toastmasters Club. By the time of his passing, Jon had achieved his Advanced Communicator Gold Award and the Advanced Leader Bronze Award. He had presented numerous workshops at the Toastmaster Leadership Institutes and the District Conference. He won the District Evaluation Contest in 2009 and the Division Tall Tale Contest in 2008. He also taught presentation skills in public schools and to companies and organizations like Deloitte/HP; he was a speech coach & mentor. Jon Henry was an amazing man, and the world is a much dimmer place without him.
